The development of this manufacturing unit at Torbay Business Park in Paignton, South Devon became the Headquarters for the European Operations for the American owned company known as Graphic Controls. Previously working out of a small industrial unit in Totnes South Devon they centralised their European activities to this edge of town development with Torbay Development Agency acting as the developer constructing a 6500m2 workspace with the creation of highly skilled jobs in the South Devon area. Manufacturing and distributing items for the oil exploration industry as well medical supplies and other very high specification products from their Paignton base.
